Hatha This gentle practice will expose you to a variety of yoga poses at an easy going pace. It emphasizes alignment as you stretch and strengthen your body. Beginner friendly and suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa Flow This is a moderately paced class that includes a dynamic sequence of postures. It synchronizes breath with movement in order to build strength, balance and flexibility. Suitable for all levels, some yoga experience is beneficial.
Power A more rigorous practice building strength and balance though a challenging sequence of postures. Previous yoga experience recommended.
